CAMPAIGN GENERALS

Name - Thori Grimlisson – Dwarf Lord
Signature Item – Tail Biter (enchanted axe)
Brief description – after the death of his brother Snelli in an unfortunate smelting accident, Thori had the leadership of his throng thrust upon him. Proven on the training ground and in the tavern but as yet un-blooded, this exceptionally young Dwarf Lord must lead his historically peaceful clan into a time of war.

Name - Borm Skuddifind – Dwarf Thane
Signature Item – The Banner of the Blue Mountain
Brief description – close friend of Snelli and has developed a deep seated fear of heavy machinery since witnessing the unfortunate demise of his dear friend. Borm was chosen by Snelli to bear the Standard of the Blue mountain – although largely a ceremonial role at the time he was given this honour. Borm is determined that he will not let his clan down and will fight to the death to protect the Banner entrusted to him.

Name - Kazgar Borgosson – Runesmith
Signature item –  Little Lucy (enchanted War-Hammer
Brief Description – Kazgar is not of the Blue Mountain Clan, in fact nobody knows where he came from. Kazgar was found wandering the borderlands of the Blue mountain, lost and with absolutely no idea who he was or how he got there. His only memory was how to forge the powerful runes for which dwarf runesmiths are so famed. He was quickly accepted into the Blue Mountain Hold and made a name for himself as one of the most prolific ale drinkers around. Beloved by all Kazgar will fight and die for his adopted clan.

CAMPAIGN REGIONS

Name :Zhafar lowlands
Region rules : Plain
Description: the outlying areas surrounding the Blue Mountain, used primarily for farming, also cut through by the river Zhafar, used by the Blue Mountain Clan to transport it’s goods to the sea for trade.
Name: The Hinterlands
Region Rules : badlands
Description: sitting between the mountain itself and the plentiful lowlands ,  the hinterlands are almost wholly devoid of life. Many rumours abound as to how this came to be but no one can be sure. The Dwarfs of the blue mountain tend not to venture here, and children in the hold are told stories of trolls and the like roaming the badlands, in order that they may be too afraid to ever visit.
Name: The Blue Mountain Pass
Region rules: mountainous
Description: this pass sweeps straight up to the gates of the Blue Mountain hold itself. Narrow and intimidating it is this pass that has historically rendered the mountain almost impregnable. It is largely to blame for the clans ignorance of warfare over the years: only a few warriors are needed to defend this narrow pass and the veteran “Old Guard” do it without the need to divert the craftsmen of the mountain from their labours.
